Raven Skull, Daisies, and Candle
A few years ago, I began a still life photography project exploring the relationship between beauty, mortality, and the passage of time. By combining flowers, animal skulls, and carefully selected objects, I sought to create images that examine the delicate balance between life and decay. The result was the ongoing Beauty and Decay series.
This photograph is one of my favorite pieces from the collection. The image features a painted raven skull resting on a dark platform, accompanied by a bouquet of rich purple daisies.
